Buy time
This account holds an administrative grant, so it can’t be erased from here. Erasing it would strand the people whose access depends on your grant. Please contact the operator.
Erase your account
Erasing your account permanently destroys:
- your conversations,
- your saved summaries and drafts,
- any files you attached,
- your access entitlements, and
- your sign-in identity itself.
What is kept
- The record of the terms and privacy notice you accepted — the legal record of what you agreed to.
- If you bought access, the record of each payment, refund and payment attempt — the legal record of what you paid for. It holds reference numbers and dates, not your name, email address or card. Any time left on a term you bought ends when your account is erased.
Both are kept permanently, for that reason alone, and nothing we keep connects them to you once your account is erased. Payments are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own records under its own policies; erasing your account here does not erase them. If you’d also like Stripe’s records of your payments deleted, contact us at support@virtualcompetenceplatform.com — ideally before you erase your account.
Erasure is irreversible. No one, including the operator, can restore your account afterward.
Your live data is destroyed immediately. Backup snapshots age out within thirty-five days, and nothing reads them in the normal course of operation.
Download your log first
Before you continue, download your consolidation log. Once your account is erased it cannot be recovered, and this log cannot be retrieved.
There is no consolidation log on this account to download.
You also have material on other personas. Erasing your account here erases it everywhere — across every persona. Each persona keeps its own consolidation log, which you must download from that persona’s own account home before erasing:
Confirm erasure
This is the final step. When you confirm, your account is erased immediately and permanently, with everything listed earlier as destroyed.
Your account is erased. Thank you for the time you spent here. Go well, with blessings.
